Growing up in Camden, South Carolina, I was captivated by the quiet beauty of the countryside—the way sunlight moved through open fields, reflected across ponds, and shifted with the changing seasons. From an early age, I took my paints and easel outdoors, learning to draw and paint by closely observing light, color, and atmosphere. That foundation continues to shape my work today.

In 2019, I discovered live wedding painting and immediately knew I had found my calling. Combining my love for plein air painting with the emotion and energy of a wedding day felt like a natural extension of my artistic journey. Inspired by the original French Impressionists, my style is lively, colorful, and expressive, with a modern impressionistic approach that captures both movement and feeling.

Now based in Colorado, I work as a live wedding painter, creating custom, hand-painted artwork during weddings and celebrations throughout the state and traveling across the United States for destination weddings. From elegant mountain venues and outdoor celebrations to coastal and countryside settings, I love incorporating the beauty of each location into my paintings—whether it’s the Colorado Rockies, rolling hills, or the ocean beyond.

As a live wedding painter, my focus is always on what matters most: the connection between an adoring couple, the love of their families, and the sacredness of the moment they are sharing.
